No not at all the forgein countries are valuing yoga a lot thier are many who paractise yoga in forgein countries daily . its not about a day or a month its a lifestyle that they are adopting even in india everyone is aware of benefits of yoga

It help us improve our breathing ,increases our oxygen saturation , it also helps in proper posture alignment and makes metabolism high . Various poses helps regulate hormones which helps in balancing pcos and dibatics

Yoga is not overrated but our new genration are not aware of benefits and effects of yoga they are more attracted towards gym an fancy workouts as they are forgetting the hertiage of yoga

No not at all the forgein countries are valuing yoga a lot thier are many who paractise yoga in forgein countries daily . its not about a day or a month its a lifestyle that they are adopting even in india everyone is aware of benefits of yoga
