Who earns more is all depends on the egilibilty and skills one have.
Even the 12th pass person run a business of crores cause he have such skills.
If we talk about the roles and responsibilities then both work for the corporate CS mostly do legal work and compliance work where as CMA do cost analysis for the company.
Both are essential. So both can earn equally.
