It all depends on your proficiency in the English language. If you are already good in your speaking and writing then you just need to practise a little more to sharpen your skills, be conscious of the time limit and get familiarised with the paper format and question types. If your English is not up to the mark then preparing for IELTS within a week would prove to be a stupendous task.
