Try to watch more British American videos on youtube and understand the words, if it's too fast to go with their words, you can pause and listen to them little by little. read less

English you can practice it by reading good qaulity nites and newspapers, etc. Websites are only for little 10-15% fluency but other reading material can only improve your english. For better improvements hire a tutor.
