Hi Meena, For a person who cannot attend regular classes, a free online course is definitely a good option. However, I would suggest that along with such an online course you can also access various web resources such as websites as well as Youtube videos to help you in your preparation.

English you can practice it by reading good qaulity nites and newspapers, etc. Websites are only for little 10-15% fluency but other reading material can only improve your english. For better improvements hire a tutor.
