IELTS is both tough and easy, it completely depends on English level skills, understanding exam pattern, understanding questions structure and how to solve them. If you are an average student in English, you can score decent in IELTS exam by understanding the patterns and techniques and of course by practicing the each type of questions many times. Once you understand the techniques and practice them properly, you can score well.
