Hi Chandra, for writing and speaking the band scores are calculated based on 4 criteria: overall task achievement, logic and flow/fluency, grammar and vocabulary. The candidate is marked out of nine in these areas and then the average is taken. For reading and listening you get scored for the number of write answers.
