Teaching Experience in detail in Spoken English classes

I have been teaching English language and giving Spoken English training since 2012. Till today I have almost 8 years of Experience of my profession. I have completed M.A. in English so that I can understand the sense of language. I have studied Linguistic with the keen interest and in depth. In which I could understand how to learn and teach English language? We don't learn any language but we can urge it. But we always try to learn or by heart the language and here we make mistakes. This is what I have been teaching to my students. My focus is always to prepare students for practical. I.e. for Speaking English. I don't impose the compulsion of learning Grammatical rules to Speak good english. I believe that Grammar is a natural sense. Day by day, we understand the use of grammar. First of all we have to start speaking. Let's see the example of a baby child. He/ she listens only up to the age when he/ she starts to speak. He observes only the words of the family people. And tries to react like wise. He never learns grammar but understand it naturally he understands its use. So that I am used to teach it but don't make compulsion to my students to learn. But I say, use that grammar for reference to check what you speak and write is it correct or not. There is no short cut for getting fluency in English speaking. It is totally the part of practice. So we have to Speak ....Speak ...... And Speak! I have been getting the results of these policies for me and for my students as well. Thanks!
