"Having knowledge is good for all but what matters is how you multiply it by sharing. Vinay sir shares every experience and every learning he had and treats every one as equal to him. I call him a saint always, he knows it all but wants the opposite person to think and get the answers for their own questions. It's great fun to speak to him about almost any thing, and yes he will have some opinion or atleast a comment on what ever you discuss. Urge to learn and apply is what his daily routine is. "I am very privileged to have such a intellectual lecturer .His teaches methods are total different where he makes student to think and encourages discussion on the same and adds his points if needed .This help the student to brings out his points and perception about the particular chapter and after that the student never forgot's that particular chapter because it's his ,teachers and his classmates contribution .The subject which he taught was made so live that it helped us to understand the what actually happen's in the organisation and how to ta cal the problem between our colleague and handle the situation.
