Based on the real time experience, training individuals in interview skills and crack some of the most difficult interviews. Follow two pronged approach. A detailed structure(8 - 10 hours program) which includes the interview procedure, models and competency based analysis. This will be followed by 3 mock interviews. For experienced people, they can opt only for the mock interviews and relevant feedback. At least one mock interview will be a panel interview.
