Working in the corporate world for about 20 years now and in the management role from last 13 years. Conducted hundreds of interviews at different levels including the leadership roles. Based on the real time experience, training individuals in interview skills and crack some of the most difficult interviews. Follow two pronged approach. A detailed structure(8 - 10 hours program) which includes the interview procedure, models and competency based analysis. This will be followed by 3 mock interviews. For experienced people, they can opt only for the mock interviews and relevant feedback. At least one mock interview will be a panel interview.
