Why some people look confident and some looks other wise, why is this ?..If we analyse all is based on their proactive attitude in all their actions with positive vision on success ...Can it be learned ...is it possible to change timid person to confident person ..that is like a looser ...need to changed into leader or master ..But SRH have ability to change it, we are specialist to change person with intractive actions in areas of weakness and supporting them mentally in decision making to lead them succcess, The candidate finally but gradually change from cabbage to couli flower .... The time line in not fixed , and efforts also vary from person to person , even to some cases change found negligible , because of deep rooted belief, DNA, or his or her bad past experience..

How much you are comfortable with one self , when on stage,,,,you you enjoy being on stage , do you like to speak out , are you motivated to communicate through stage , are their someone in crowd ..like you boss or superior with whom you feel inferior in all office working,, Do you have something special to pass on crowd, how is your tone , voice and accent ..comfortable, how is crowd behaving when you take stage ..do they threaning or motivating with shouting, how many well wisher are their who are willing to listen and make you talk a success, and how many ill wishers in crowd who wants to pull you down ..and make you feel inferior ..public speaking is art learned on over night in class , its passion , its njoyment ...you should be one to feel and take it as a great opportunity to have stage for speaking your heartout....I just take position on stage without any preparation and also continue for hours with full audience involvement positively ..
