If one is supported by truthfulness and honesty, in whatever one does, confidence automatically gets developed without being taught. Then, you should also gradually develop how to speak/write without hurting any. Confidence is quality that can be developed, by improving the language, you speak and English as well, and gradually developing language can put you in a confident stride. Knowledge further fortifies to be more confident. When you have knowledge, you have power, though invisible. People surround you seek your guidance and advice. Krishna, to get confidence on your own you need to be aware of your strengths and be focussed on them. You must have a 1) Positive Mind 2) Discipline 3) Commitment and 4) Consistency. Through positive mind, one can conquer fear, through faith and gratitude. Through discipline one can break the comfort zone and start doing things of which they are not confident of. Then through commitment one can regularly practice of what they want to be confident of and it is through practice, one gets confidence and this practice needs to be done on a consistent basis so as to get positive results. If you feel you are lacking in confidence, then seek the help of someone who you trust. Then discuss the matter with them. They will guide you by asking the right set of questions to help build your own confidence. It is important to remember that only YOU can boost your confidence. Whatever others may do only supports it. And finally beware of taking verbatim any advice that is given to you as steps 1, 2, 3 etc to gain confidence.
