Yoga is a supreme science.
Because yoga will activate every organ in your body and it will make function properly.
And also yoga has energy to cure some disease.
And coming to Yogi means
Who practices yoga regularly with conscious awareness on breathing.
Coming to yoga teacher.
Who have utmost knowledge on yoga and have capability to teach others in a healthy way.

Hi actually I didn't understand your question.
I'm assuming that your question related to weight loss.
There is method called POWER YOGA.
By doing power yoga for 15minutes
You will loose weight but remember one-thing
After any intense session you must take relaxation for alteast 20minutes
Then only it will work better.

Yes definitely you can loose weight by yoga.
The amountof weight you loose is depend on some factors.
Do yoga under qualified yoga teacher
Having diet along with yoga will give more chances to loose Weight naturally
And one thing I can say by yoga you will loose your weight but also your face will glow and you look more younger than before.
Because yoga will work internally.

The whole concept of yoga is
One to meditate.
Meditation is possible only if you have peaceful mind. So to attain that certain level of peace we should do certain asanas.
Asanas not only give you physical benifits but also gives mental stability.
To teach yoga a person should have
* Peaceful mind
* Flexibility
* Have knowledge in human body anatomy to teach in perticular way to understand how will reacts our body in a perticular asanas.
Not only asanas, for meditation also you should have some flexibility to sit idle for some time and do meditation.
These are some qualification to become yoga teacher.
