A graduate in Life sciences, she has been in the field of training and development for about 5 plus years with experience in Learning & Development communication training, accent training, behavioral trainings . Her prior training experience spans organizations in India like Genpact, HSBC, IBM,Ge Capital,Netenrich,Well's Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Cognizant. She brings along significant experience as a Super trainer at multinational companies and has successfully designed the training content as well for many courses.
Saira is an INLPTA certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. She has been trained under internationally Certified NLP Trainer Sanjeev Sampath Kumar. She is well versed with Content Development had an enriching experience with Google,Hyderabad. Have been conducting trainings with generic or specific customer needs along with unique training methods, techniques and formats.
