Firstly you need to join some Grammar class online or offline.
Also, you need to
1. Listen - Watch English shows with subtitles enabled in it. (15-20 min/day) Here try to learn at least one new word and Use it in your speaking.
2. Read - Read at least 1 page of any novel, or you can try reading 1 article in the newspaper and find some new words from it. It will enhance your Grammar and vocabulary.
3. Speak - Talk to someone in English at least for 1 hour every day.
If no one is available to talk, You can also try some apps available on play store that will connect you to people who also wants to excel their speaking skills.you can talk to them without sharing your number.

Start watching all your TV shows/Movies by Changing Language to ENGLISH. Even start Teaching Basic English for free to those who need help apart from their institutions or Schools. This will be rapid learning for you. Because for teaching you ll put extra effort for it which will enhance your knowledge
