First of all, let me tell you...have you ever learned your native language breaking it into vocabulary, grammar and sentence framing. I think, no. So, learn any language and grammar by listening. Try to listen English audios, watch as many English videos you can. And especially read children's books. They will have good conversations, wherein, you will learn how to speak, what tense to be used, what is the grammar. Do learn a language integrally. This is my suggestion.

First of all, the question should be...Who invented English Vocabulary? So, let me tell you, any language will not be invented, it will be evolved. Meaning of invention is creating something new. Evolution is something developed over years. So, suddenly some one cannot invent a language. Now coming to your question, English is basically a West Germanic Language (Ingvaeonic Language) and it was brought to England somewhere in 5th Century. And because it was brought by people from Germany, Denmark and Dutch people, we have many words from those languages. And additionally, a few words from Latin and French. That is the reason why English Language is so different from other native languages. That is why, so many different pronunciations. But because Britishers ruled many countries, including USA, Australia, Mauritius, Israel, India, etc it has become a common language mostly.

I suggest you to read English Newspapers like 'The Economic Times', etc where some standard English Language is used. This will help you to learn English Grammmar and structuring of sentences without much effort. And read some Standard English Books written by Good Authors, which makes it easy to learn English Grammar.

No. The English Grammar is not so tough as you think.
Just think of your own native language (whether it is Hindi something). Have you ever thought that you are using Grammar. And you are good at it even without learning the Grammar.
Every language has its own Grammar. The more you speak and read that language, the more you will learn. And over a period of time, you really forget the rules of Grammar and use them very commonly.
Another trick to Grammar is...stop learning Grammar by definitions. Learn to speak and read the language, then it will be easy to learn. Watch some good movies or TV shows, read news papers, talk to a proficient person, all these will help you to learn the English Grammar even without knowing that you are learning it. Do try.
