Have you tried running, its the best fat burner period.. Incase you cant run due to overweight start with simple 30 minutes walk daily and then slowly progress to jogg. Also cut down your junk and processed foods. You can also try body weight exercise like push-ups, pull-ups , Squats as they are very... ...more

At last remember there is no magic pill, you have to work hard in order to get results..No Short cut to Hard Work.

Is spending the money on a gym an investment in myself?

Spending Money on gym is subjective but spending money on yourself in order to get better is definitely a wise investment. Remember to be fit and healthy its not necessary to go gym.
