"Mam is very patient and the lessons are taught in a systematic manner. Even a beginner can easily try to learn the notes and start practising with mam's guidance. "I have been learning hindustani classical under Arpita madamâ??s guidance for over six months now and it has been a wonderful learning experience. She is someone with a very strong understanding of classical music and can be your perfect mentor if you really are interested to learn Hindustani classical. I have had no prior exposure to classical music but under her mentorship i can see a remarkable improvement in my vocal rendition in the last couple of months. She provides valuable inputs during her classes and recordings of previous classes that can prove useful if you are practicing at home. So overall i am enjoying my learning process with Arpita maâ??am and looking forward to continue this musical journey. "

"Arpita is a talented classical singer. She has been appearing in All India Radio program for almost a decade now. More importantly, she has invested a lot of her energy to meticulously groom the little buds of Hyderabad for music training. I have seen kids spending an hour or more full of fun to pick up the nitty gritties of Indian Classical Music and its amazing to note how they are glued to the session so long given their tender age. This is possible for the immense patience displayed by Arpita as a teacher to inspire the little buds because of her interest and experience in understanding the needs and capabilities of the kids. "Arpita was my music teacher, but a teacher is always a teacher. We are not physically located at the same geographic location anymore but I do have access to her through the internet. She was not a guru in its traditional meaning, she was and still is a coach to me. Like a couch, she always tried to get the best out of me, and she is extreme enduring in her efforts, never gave up until I got it right. Arpita's approach was to develop my singing capabilities beyond my natural limitations, without me realizing it. I am so thankful to her for this. Arpita's dedication to her students is unparalleled. Apart from being a very good music teacher, Arpita is also an awfully nice person. She is polite, respectful, well-mannered, considerate and not the least, very helpful. I consider myself to be fortunate to have come in contact with such an amiable person. "
