Hi,
My best suggestion, go with youtube and related videos and get some knowledge, then you can go further on your decision/finding the best tutor (via urbanpro).
Do some RND before proceeding with new technology; once you get some knowledge, or if you already have the ability and decided to go with it, please find the best tutors who have real-time experience and learn.
Practical and real-time makes much difference from any materials.

It is very easy. You will get to know various aspects of Salesforce architecture like force website, App Exchange, Sales and Service cloud, Visualforce, Salesforce Object, Process Builder, and much more. Though Salesforce is extensive, it is not difficult to learn.
However, development needs coding knowledge. You must have some programming experience like Java.
