Here you need to focus on your back and hip mobility, as well as functional movement, joint flexibility.
You can try bazrasana, salavasana, halasana, chakrasana, matsasan and suptabazrasana
In office try to stretch your joints after every 2 hour, never lean your body but keep it straight.
If you are working with pc, close your eyes for 2 minutes after every hour.

Yes you can, infact anybody despite of any age can/should workout. Exercise construction will depend on your goal.
For fat loss, avoid junk food, add more veggies, drink lots of water and green tea, perform cardio like running (not jogging), jump rope, push ups, situps. Avoid high calorie intake in one meal. Try some basic yoga postures.
