Food that are rich in protien. Protien intake should be high and if you are planning to build lean muscles then it should be equal to your weight. For eg 70 kg = 70 kg of protien. Protien eg egg, chicken,soya etc

Honey and jaggery (gud) can be used if you have sugar cravings. For protein you can have whole eggs chicken fish n whey which are fast digesting.....red meat can be taken once or twice a week. ....for fats u can use ghee, coconut oil, groundnut oil ....butter can be used in small amounts. 3. Micronutrients : include vitamins n minerals......u must have multivitamin. fish oil. If u feel u are still low in energy....have zinc ..vitamin d ...n calcium supplements as well.
