Back pain occurs becuse of your poor life style and lack of any physical activity. For improving back pain you can do some core execerise as per your back condition. e.g, Bird dog exercise, Single leg bridge, Crunch, Dead bug, Leg Raise, Single Leg RDL with Dumbbell. Do it for 15 days if your pain is not getting better please visit to your nearest doctor or you can connect to me also. I am happy to help you :)
