In your college time itself. Or immediately after college because then it is easier to study as those subjects and topiics are already fresh in your mind.

No, you dont directly get a job after clearing UGC NET. You just become elligible to apply for the position of assistant professor or in a university to pursue Phd.

Is it necessary to take UGC net coaching?

Completely depends upon person to person. If you have time to devote, you can do it on your own. It there is a time crunch , you need proper guidance in that case.
