I am a 2000-hour Isha certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and have 5 years of experience teaching Hatha Yoga in it's purest form to individuals and groups across India. I have also hosted yoga sessions for corporates - Herbalife and Adobe. I currently run a yoga retreat in Himachal Pradesh and am providing Hatha Yoga classes in Gurgaon through the winter.
Skillset: Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Bhutta Shuddhi, Yogasanas, Angamardhana, guided deditation, yogic philosophy and diet.
