"Miss seema's yoga is very nice she teaches yoga very excellent she's having 8 years experience of yoga , she teaches the yoga very nicely specially in online classes we will feel that we are doing yoga in real I have also mine weight issue my weight was 77 but when I joined miss seema's yoga class and continue my weight got 69. Thank you seema miss and seema miss also teaches may types of yoga like power yoga , mediation yoga and also genius in yoga if u have any pain or health related problem miss seema will show the asanas to cure them very nicely and many more I would very highly recommended to join seema's mam yoga class.
