ABOUT THE FOUNDER


Enso Wellness is a wellness initiative based in Gurgaon and was founded by Arouba in 2014.

Arouba has been practicing, studying and teaching yoga & meditation for most of her life. With a background in physiotherapy, she encourage students to move more mindfully, helping them to be more aware of their habits of body and mind. She offers yoga and meditation as a way to approach our world with realistic reverence and gratitude. Her classes are masterful, candid blend of artful alignment and attention cues for your body, mind and heart.

Her approach to yoga is dogma free and you are not asked to believe in anything. She believes in gently encouraging the body to unfold from within and uses her extensive knowledge of physiotherapy to ensure safety while performing the asanas.

When she is not on her mat, you can find her reading, traveling, communing with nature or simply enjoying her own company.

About our services:
Classes are customized and medically thought. With the background of Physiotherapy, Arouba has designed some special programs which cater the need of the medically conditioned clients.
