"Rupali's cookery classes have converted a novice like me into a gourmet chef in just three months! I had never really cooked before in my life. And now I can make the best of cakes, desserts, snacks, and Thai & Italian dishes. My family and friends just cannot stop raving about my transformation! I find Rupali’s cooking techniques, tips and demonstrations absolutely easy to follow and replicate at home. The classes are enjoyable and interactive – quite unlike the impersonal experience of following cookbooks or TV shows. She is pleasant and extremely accessible - one can call her any time one gets stuck in a jam (pun unintended)! I recommend Rupali’s Cookery classes to anyone who wants to just start off or even graduate to the next level. "hav done Italian,Salads,Veg Barbeques &Grills all recipes are really good,best part is recipes are simple,easy to follow, tried n tested and ofcourse the dishes come out amazingly delicious. yeah i fully agree with ritika that rupali is always there to answer my queries on phone,any time of day she is a gem of a person.Looking forward to attend more clsses specially non veg grills &bar. & the dips which i missed this week due some work at home"

Thanks to her , i can cook thai red curry , butter chicken or schezwan chicken with equal panache. She teaches you where to get the right ingredient from , which cooking vessel to use , how to present the food, not just how to cook great food."
