Classes are conducted by Mrs. Sophiya Francis, a professionally qualified baking expert with over 16 years of experience in the field. Before moving to Kochi, Sophiya has taught many baking enthusiasts in Muscat and Dubai.

Ladies who are interested in baking at home or aspiring to start a small scale home business in this field, you are assured of a best learning experience with a difference - QUALITY and TASTE, at SOPHY'S BAKE & FROST.

Classes are also conducted at Thrissur, located in the Netaji Road, very near to West Fort junction.

Registrations are open for classes with up to 8 persons per batch.
