"Rupali\'s recipes are not just tasty but very easy to recreate because she is very detail oriented and precise in her instructions. She is very patient in repeating instructions and genuinely wants her class to learn how to cook. Moreover, she meticulously stores ingredients, utensils and moulds that may be difficult to find so that it makes easier for her students to use her recipes. She also takes the trouble of hand-holding her students on the phone, at home, when required, to ensure that they understand the technique accurately and truly learn how to cook. I also appreciate Rupalis friendly nature which enables an interactive environment in her class-room and therefore makes the class fun!
