My communication and soft skill training is focused on building effective behavioral traits which allows the student to communicate effectively in any dialogue to ensure they achieve their goals. As Communication is also important within the business a lot of the training deals with corporate communications. Which is assisted by my experience with LANDMARK Forum, an international leadership program. I also attended an Instructional Design course conducted by Joe McClary, CEO of IACET (International Association for Continuing Education & Training). Coming from an international corporate background I believe that Effective communication can help to foster a good working relationship between us and our staff, which can in turn improve morale and efficiency of the organization.

In order to learn spoken English quickly at home, you must be ready to invest some money, some time, some hard work and some smart work. There are some must haves:
1. Good command over basic English Grammar
2. Good grasp over situational conversation sentences
3. Need to develop an ear to listen and understand English properly- listen to news, watch movies
4. Some practice of speaking English- in groups/ class or online
6. Use computer technology to speed up learning process- use Skype to practice online with friends
