To develop skills in any area, you need to keep an open and alert mind and always be curious and interested. Challenge yourself to become better because when you do so, you stretch yourself beyond the comfort zone and become better. Be willing to work hard and be consistent with your goal. Practice the skills you wish to improve as much as you can. Read as much as possible about whatever you want to promote. Find a mentor if desirable and also have role models who give you new ideas. Visualise yourself in the manner you want to be and work towards it. Interact with people who can guide and support you. Celebrate success and also learn from mistakes by analysing and introspecting. Remain positive and focussed.

Having the desire is the first step, and you seem to have cleared that. As far as building the English Speaking environment at home, check if anyone at home can be your partner for some time. Your father, mother , brother or sister. Decide with them that you would talk in English with each other for, say, 30 minutes / 1 hour every day. Gradually increase the time. If they are not conversant in English, try to generate interest in them to learn it, and you become their teacher.
If that is not possible, try to talk to your self for some time every day in English. Read English newspaper, listen to English news and then analyse what you read or heard in English. Record it on your phone and show it to someone who knows the language. That way, you would see what you did well and also the areas of improvement.

Practice as much as you can.....you could participate in discussions both formal and informal. Practice speaking in front of mirror. Pick any regular topics , plan your thoughts and speak. Record your self and hear later to analyse your strengths and areas of improvement. Take help if you feel so. Best Wishes!
