How can I improve my English spoken skills and improve my personality? Can anyone tell?

Spoken skills can be developed only by practice. If you are already taking some classes, start speaking. There maybe initial apprehensions but soon you will learn the art. For personality it would be good to know you first to tell you exactly what more you require for improvement.
