Answer Learning guitar is easier than violin. In case of guitar you have number of frets on fretboard from which you can memorize the notes and their is no need of ear training for beginners. But in case of violin, your ears must have trained because violin is fretless.....their are no number of fret. You have to find the notes by listening to it through your ears....
