Teaching Experience in detail in Class 8 Tuition

I have taught class 8 students from the boards like ICSE, CBSE, Maharashtra State Board, and West Bengal State Board. What I feel, is though the syllabus is different the contents are similar more or less, so, that is why, I never felt the syllabi are different because after all it's all about English. I'm very much comfortable teaching these boards. Infact, a few students who were not able to speak English or failed to get passing marks, after my dedicated help and support they succeeded in not only getting passing marks, but they have excelled in spoken English as well as written English. I always used to take feedbacks from the parents, and as the needs of the students I used to plan my lessons. So, it really helped my students. I love to teach all kind of students, because for students are mere humans to whom we have to inculcate things, it's solely our responsibility what I believe which can a help a child to succeed in his/her career. I love my students a lot. I mingle with them very well, besides that I build a rapport with the parents also. I understand the needs of the child and alway give constructive feedback so that it can help them to identify their problem area. I give lots of homework too, which I check in the next class. For teaching language I always follow a technique where I give them exercise to solve and ask them the answer along with a reason of their choice. So, that I can get assured that yes, my students correctly identified the grammar lesson. Jn
