A full of life personality with an intent to spread positive vibes all over. I am a B.Tech. graduate in Computer Science from U.P. Technical University. I have about 13 years of experience in communication/soft skills/ technical training, technical/non-technical content writing, editing/proofreading and content development. In my tenure as a lecturer in engineering college, she has organized various PDP sessions for the students. I have also been the student guide in seminars/project presentations and has published around 32 research papers including Proceedings and Journals in International/National conferences. She has managed projects as a course owner for SAP courses during her tenure in NIIT Ltd. She has revised a DOEACCO Level TMH publication book. I have taken voice and accent training for 1 month in GENPACT, Jaipur. She had achieved various Operations Excellence Awards for tremendous quality of work and good customer experience within 6-7 months of her tenure in GENPACT. I have been appreciated various times for the best call taker fulfilling all the quality parameters in the organization, both internally by the organization and also by the U.S. Clients.
