Different between gym and yoga
In gym we works on our outer body style but in yoga outer body activity happed also iner activity happed also good mind Peace afer doing gym we feel sleepy but after yoga we feel Ingergatic
In nowadays wolrd Peace of mind is important for good health while doing yog we feel our mind Peace and come out from varies deases like anxiety depression
I would suggest do yoga one month your feel your self changes
