One and a half month would be required to learn the French language (A1).

In accordance with the European framework of reference for Languages one needs to pursue minimum 80 hours of training to get adequate preparation French or German. So anything less than this it's not called A1 but a local course aiming to pass the A1 exam and lagging behind in many aspects.

It would take at least 50 hrs if it is one to one teaching.

A1 exams can be cracked if you learn for 60 hrs in one to one training and 240 hrs self study if you have previous exposure in School or else it might require more time.
