IdentityI am an post graduate from University of Mumbai, currently pursuing PhD from IIT Madras, Chennai. After the post graduation I was a lecturer for a year in Ramnarain Ruia College, Matunga, which is one of the most prestigious collage of the city. My duties encompassed teaching under-graduate and post-graduate (Biotechnology) classes and handling laboratory classes. During this tenure I gained an immense experience in teaching with wide variety of subjects in hand. During these period I was also a tutor in private classes mainly for 11th, 12th and entrance exams. Since I myself have experience in clearing various post graduate entrance tests, i found it helpful to use the experience for coaching for the entrance test. As a result I was also a part of the Faculty in Brilliant Tutorials, Chennai, (during its peak) for biology for an year, during which I handled CSIR-UGC-NET and PMT classes. As a part of the degree in IIT Madras, we are required to assist with the teaching and laboratory work which adds to my experience.
Coming to the skills, due to 6-7 tears of experience in scientific research I have a good analytical and problem solving skills, which for the current work is a necessary trait. Patience is another trait that comes by the virtue of this work.
