"I have found Usha maam a dedicated teacher who puts effort and appreciates students requirements and blends the course accordingly. I find that she is commited to her work and to improve the student state. She is punctual, communicative and has lot of patience. She is blessed with special ability to connect with people and radiates positivity. I am finding immense benifit through meditation classes that I am taking from her now. I strongly suggest to every student who decided to find solutions through yoga and/or meditation should consider joining her class. I am not an expert to comment but i do feel she has very good knowledge about the subject. I am confident that her class will make a difference to anyone who attends. Once again i am thankful to Usha maam for taking meditation classes for me. "

"Thanks a lot mam for teaching almost all breathing practices, sincerely want to thank. I was going through extreme mental pain due to sudden job loss and struggling to attend interview, you have assured yoga and deep breathing would help me a lot and I would get concentration back as normal. Your teaching was really effective for my mental health. I genuinely recommend mam to learn breathing practices for those who suffer a lot from anxiety, stressfulness, frustration. Even though in beginning stages, when pranayama could help a lot to mind, for sure in long run it would be great medicine for mental wellbeing, I request everyone to learn pranayama and practice daily without fail. Again thanks mam for teaching. "

Lemme be very candid and elaborative in my review so that it will assists people who scans through reviews to home down to the correct coach/teacher. At the outset lemme tell you. If you are reading this review and want a meditation and breathing yoga teacher. You should not scroll more. Isha maam is the best in this field. I am a class one govt officer with lot of work stress which had started creeping into my lifestyle and had been affecting my health. But for last two months. Life had really changed. Minor ailments also vanished into thin air. All thanks to isha maam. So I am very very contented and blessed to find her. Looking forward for a lifelong association "
