How to choose our career? And I want to become CEO so what I should do for my career?

For choosing a career we should first try to find out what are the different options available today and what we are fit for. Following your passion blindly might not help you. Suppose you may be passionate about drawing but you must be good at it to make it your career. Thats why in our early school we are given all the subjects and also different extra curricular activities so that we can know yourself. Now if you know what you want to do in life then go for it. Don't think about the failures because this only will help you to learn from your mistakes. Now to become a CEO there is two way one is doing MBA and going the corporate world as a employee . Learn from your experience and later after 25 - 30 years you may become CEO depending on your talent. But this is a long process with no risk. Another way is startup. You have to now decide whether you want to be the CEO of another person dream of your own. If you plan to accomplish another person dream of the company. In such case you will have to grow in responsibility level from manager to CEO. It depends on how you are building your experience.
