I am passionate about sharing my love of Yoga and teach with an authentic and fun approach. I have been teaching yoga for over 2 years and am extremely dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit for yogis of all levels.

I began my SIVANANDA YOGA practice in January 2013, and went to SIVANANDAā€™s Teacher Training in winter of 2015. And RYT 500 Hour Advanced Teacher Training Course in Feb 2016

I currently teach SIVANANDA YOGA in Kerala Ayurveda and Panchakarma Medical Centre Eluru.

What all precautions do I need to take in order to reduce the risk of injuries during yoga?
