My name is Kanchan Chandra a certified yoga therapist.Yoga is my lifestyle from last 5 years. I have been working on my body, mind and soul for more than 6 years.
I work on Physical ailments like backaches, knee and joint pain, high blood pressure, diabetes, menopause, prenatal postnatal, lifestyle diseases.
But also mental ones like (how to overcome anger issues, fear, anxieties, stress, depression and other psychosomatic diseases).

I start my Yoga session with Sahaj bhawasana then warm up, yoga postures/ pranayam and wrap up with guided meditation.
I would like to spread this knowledge of real yoga to make people not only physically but also mentally and spiritually awaken.
