I don't think that joining class would help him.. It will be too early for him to join drum classes.. Rather you can go for a personal drum trainer or what you can do is, just purchase him a mini drum kit and let him play with it... !!!

4 is a bit early. Even in Early Learners' Programme that we run, min age is 5 years. You can however consult one of our faculty members for an assessment, free-of-charge.
