He discussed some tips for making yourself more employable and SAR method, shared with us the ikigai technique and resume writing tips. Along with career advice he also talked about empowering yourself. It was quite an interactive session as everyone's doubt were cleared personally. Overall it was a nice experience and I am happy that I choose to spend 3 hours of my Sunday there. "

Hello Mitali, Recently I posted an article on the career choice. I am really glad to know that you are pursuing what you love which is very important. A Japanese philosophy called IKIGAI will help you here. An island in Japan named Okinawa is well known for identifying a reason for being. 4 parts to IKIGAI, Passion, Profession, Vocation, and Mission. I am sure you are very clear on passion and as you are confused between eng (hon) and designing. Maybe ask a few questions to understand whether its hobby or passion? Doing an introspection questioning will help you. Let me know if you need any further help.
