As a teacher we can easily get respect from the students if they would feel respected first that is what I feel personally also from this online platform of teaching - " Urbanpro Academy "I would like to deliver a message to all the dear students that English is a language and not a basis of intelligence and it is not a tough subject indeed remember that once upon a time I was also a student and I can understand yours fear and confusion. In my eyes, as an English Teacher with 5years of experience till now I can say that students need to be creative and patient. These two elements are essential and yes for we teachers sometimes we need to think outside the box and incorporate various mediums to make your lessons more effective and fun. Even the simplest ideas sometimes make a lesson wonderful. For instance, one simple song can be planned in a way to teach vocabulary, grammatical points, critical thinking, speaking, pronunciation, spelling, reading skills, etc. Overall , As a teacher we need to provide a friendly, cooperative and fun environment for our students which can be achieved by being creative and patient.
