Overview

I have been teaching yoga for over twenty years now. I hold an MSc in yoga, and my journey as a yoga instructor began with my interest in Vivekananda spirituality. Initially, I started teaching yoga through private home tuitions. However, as my skills and experience grew, I joined Sri Ram Institute, where I was assigned to a corporate client to train their employees in yoga. It was a challenging yet fulfilling experience as I witnessed yoga's positive impact on individuals' lives.
Later, I expanded my services to teach yoga at Delhi railway station and hotels for foreign clients and joined Gandhi Prakrutic Chikitsta Pragathi, a natural treatment centre. I also enrolled in the yoga teacher training program for NIOS, a government institute. Through this program, I got to teach yoga in NIOS schools under the diploma of yoga.
As a yoga instructor, I teach various forms of yoga, such as Naturopathy diet guidance, yoga sutra, Iyengar, and Ashtanga Kriya yoga, and offer online and offline practical classes. I also provide theoretical notes to my students to supplement their learning experience. In addition, I have a small yoga studio where I conduct live courses for my students. I am also proud to say that I can help students get certified by the NIOS Institute, which is a testament to my quality of education.
My teaching philosophy is to create a safe and welcoming environment for my students to learn and grow in their yoga practice. Yoga is not just a physical exercise but a holistic approach to wellness that can benefit the mind, body, and soul. I strive to provide my students with a comprehensive yoga learning experience that empowers them to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
