Mother tounge influence as they say. Read newspapers, books, novels, etc. aloud. Never read in your mind because words aren't coming out of your mouth, technically you aren't practicing if you're reading in your mind.
Start reading loudly and should see a difference after 2 months or so.***

The only way to improve and speak fluently in English is to associate yourself with a community of English speakers. You have to speak in English everyday to stay in-sync with the language and gradually develop more fluency. Speak more to speak fluently!!!
