Pranay, although Urbanpro allows you to earn free coins using referrals and community discussions. I wouldn't suggest that you depend merely on that. Instead, you can consider buying a premium membership or upgrade to the golden membership. In my case, I have a silver plan, and I end up wasting a lot of time in conversions as I do not get enough incoming calls. I am now thinking of upgrading to a golden membership plan. I would recommend the same to you too.

All you need to do is sign up and create a tutor profile first before you can expect to receive any relevant leads matching your subjects/skills.You may opt to teach at student's place or conduct online classes via Skype.Don't forget to upload an intro video and the necessary documents and you are all set.You might not get sufficient queries in the beginning but you need to keep patience and give your 100% .As your proscore improves over a period of time, your rank and visibility would enhance too and the chance of getting hired increases manifold.

Hi Kartik, writing proficiency in any language depends on four factors:
An ability to generate ideas and support them.
A grasp over grammar
A good range of vocabulary
A sound knowledge of cohesive and other literary devices used in writing.
If you master these areas, your overall writing skills will surely improve dramatically.
For any writing feedback or writing correction, you can get in touch with me.

Hi Chandana,I came across this question many a time from a lot of inquisitive learners like you-
What should I do to improve my reading and writing skills?
First,I want you to draw the relationship between the afore-mentioned linguistic skills.
Reading is a receptive skill whereas writing is a productive skill meaning thereby that you cannot improve your writing unless you improve your reading.Reading comes first as what you read stays in your mind, provided you understand the whole content.
To be able to understand or comprehend a text, you need to read first.
Separate understanding from reading initially, read like a greedy reader;read for pleasure;read stories that you left a long way back.As you read more and more, you will find that your power of comprehension increases, you will soon be able to guess the meaning of several words you don't know just by referring to its context.
As you upgrade your reading level, you might start reading blog posts or novels.Literature is the fundamental way to improve your reading comprehension.Unfortunately,IELTS texts are based on non-fictional academic texts, therefore students never get to read literature.
Don't switch over to intensive reading (where you need to answer any question after reading) unless and until you have had sufficient extensive reading.
Now,start reading newspapers as this content is similar to the IELTS reading texts.
Improve your reading and you will also see a difference in your writing.
Writing has subskills which you will need to master.
In a brief answer,I won't be able to guide you exactly how you can improve your writing.
