This was a complete miscommunication , there was no class on that day as we had it day before only. We had clearly spoken twice a week classes . Provided if you were polite in your approach while speaking to a teacher I would have still taken your daughter’s classes further. But since you were so rude so I did not see any point of having to teach your child for the next 5 years . It is not possible for me to deal with such parents. Moreover your money is refunded for the pending classes. Please have a little patience and join some classes to relax your mind. I am sure you will have such classes available on urbanpro. Thanks.
